Job Description
Under the authority and responsibility of the Manufacturing Manager and the Driver, the crushing forklift operator is an agent responsible for supplying the pulper loading belt while respecting the composition and destocking instructions.
He or she works in close collaboration with manufacturing operators in order to inform, receive, ensure and transmit various technical information on the process to those concerned. He or she depends on the driver to keep them informed of any possible maintenance issues. He or she reports and receives manufacturing orders.
Required Skills
- Have good physical and psychological resistance
- Work night, shift work
- Work in hot and humid environments
- Demonstrate constant vigilance to identify malfunctions
- Be able to integrate into a team
- Wear work clothing and personal protective equipment (noise, SCBA - self-contained breathing apparatus - for interventions in certain areas)
- Know and respect the instructions and safety rules (intervention on moving machines, etc.)
- Ability to withstand thermal nuisances
- Hold CACES 3, 4 and 9 permits
- Respect the principles of load balancing
- Organization of a storage site
- Maintenance procedure for handling equipment
- Work in a team, have a sense of service, be able to replace a work colleague on a problem
- Knowledge of regulation
- Contribute through your actions and observations to improve everyone's safety, the quality of our products as well as the satisfaction of our customers and reduce our energy consumption and our environmental impact.
The position is generally accessible without a diploma or professional experience. A CAP/BEP in transport and logistics can facilitate access. Progression in employment/profession is often achieved through the acquisition of professional experience and versatility within the company.
One or more Certificate(s) of Aptitude for Safe Driving - CACES - is (are) required.
