Job Description
Under the authority and responsibility of the Production Manager or his deputy, the MAP team leader carries out machine operating and adjustment operations with the manufacturing operators, in order to obtain compliant paper production. to the specifications of customer specifications, to productivity standards while respecting Quality, Safety, Environment instructions.
He or she plans, organizes, directs and controls his work team and equipment, according to the stationery policy and its work procedures.
He or she ensures the safety of the workplace, and also ensures that the health and safety policy is known, understood and respected by his or her entire team.
He or she contributes to their improvement.
The MAP team leader is under the direct responsibility of the Production Manager or his deputy.
He or she supervises the manufacturing operators and works in close collaboration with the maintenance departments as well as the Planning Manager in order to inform, receive, ensure and transmit various technical information on the process to those concerned.

The position is generally accessible from level IV training (vocational or technological baccalaureate) in the technical field.
