Job Description

Under the supervision of the General Director, and in liaison with the shareholder, the Administrative, Financial and IT Director (DAFI) is a member of the CODIR and participates in the definition of strategic choices and their implementation.

He or she manages the Support Department, including the functions Internal Audit (definition and control of management rules, account plans, etc.), Management Control (budget, reporting, management, cost monitoring, etc.), Accounting (auxiliary accounts, general, analytical, treasury, taxation, etc.), Administrative (legal, insurance, etc.), Human Resources (including relations with the IRP and the CHSCT), Sales and logistics administration, IT, part of General Services (shared according to their nature with the Operational Management), Relations with partners (accountant, auditor, banks, consultants, administration, external service providers, etc.). He or she ensures the management of his or her team, through the necessary delegations, controls, technical and human support.

This position reports to the CEO.

Autonomous in carrying out his work.

Under the control of the CEO and/or the shareholder for decisions relating to the latter.

He or she works in offices. His travels are moderately frequent (especially local partners). Hours are free and non-limiting (management).

Required Skills

• Have good general management knowledge, particularly in an industrial context

• Master the techniques and rules of the administrative, financial and HR function (in particular management control, accounting, tax, etc.)

• Master the management of information systems (project management, specification of needs, etc.), analysis and reporting tools, office tools such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.

• Know how to structure decision-making and activity management tools

• Know how to manage organizational and procedural issues

• Know how to make a diagnosis on a situation, quantified data, analysis skills

• Excellent writing skills and ability to synthesize

• Sense of organization and rigor

• Ability to adapt, react appropriately to unforeseen situations

• Good interpersonal skills, ability to adapt your speech to your interlocutor, diplomacy

• Responsive, available

• Knowledge of foreign languages (fluent business English at least)


Minimum education Bac +4/5 Business School, Masters in Management.

Minimum 10 years in management control and administrative and financial management of significant SMEs, preferably in an industrial context.
