Job Description
Under the supervision of the Administrative, Financial and IT Director (DAFI), he or she ensures all or part of the development and administrative management of human resources. He or she takes over administrative tasks such as, in particular, certain current accounting, treasury or sales administration operations.
This position reports to the DAFI and also requires functional relationships with the Director General.
Autonomous in carrying out his work.
Under the supervision of the DAFI for tasks carried out as assistance or as replacement.
He or she works in offices. His trips are very frequent internally. Hours are generally regular (except during pay periods).
Required Skills
• Master the legal obligations surrounding personnel management (labor law and good knowledge of the company's organization), payroll management, social dialogue and management
• Master the HR IT system for payroll management and administrative monitoring of employees
• Master common office tools (such as Word, Excel, email)
• Know how to create indicators for monitoring and analyzing results
• Excellent writing skills and ability to synthesize
• Ability to establish a relationship and a permanent dialogue with the hierarchy, employees and IRPs, diplomacy and ability to adapt one's speech to one's interlocutor
• Respect for the confidentiality of information collected or processed
• Available, sense of organization
• Ability to adapt, react appropriately to unforeseen situations
• Rigor and pronounced taste for administrative work
Bac + 3 training specialized in personnel administration: DUT GEA personnel option, professional human resources license 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
